Manufacturer with Missouri Jobs Says Lower Tax Rates Matter

3M, who has several locations in Missouri, told the world just how and why overall tax rates matter last week. As the Cato Institute points out, their CFO points out clearly that they have plans to move more of their operations to low-tax locations overseas in coming years as it attempts to reduce its overall tax rate.
